TO THE EXHIBITORS OF THE 33rd INTERNATIONAL GRAPHIC AND PAPER INDUSTRY FAIR "GRAFIMA" and 19th INTERNATIONAL IT AND OFFICE EQUIPMENT FAIR "BUREAU-EXPO"
Dear Sirs,
The International Fairs GRAFIMA and BUREAU-EXPO will be held on September 21 – 24, 2011, at Belgrade Fair. We would like to send you some information on the terms significant for the success of your preparations for participation at the forthcoming events, as follows:

- Deadline for Submitting Your Service Order and
- Deadline for Submitting Your Stand Design for Approval
|
|
|
- Stand Mounting Commencement
|
|
|
- Deadline for the Stand Mounting and Arrangement Completion, till 8:00 p.m.
|
|
|
- Event Opening for Visitors at 10:00 a.m.
- Festive Event Opening at 11:00 a.m.
|
|
|
- Event Closing at 6:30 p.m. and
- Stand Dismantle Commencement and Exhibit Removal, till 11:00 p.m.
|
|
|
- Stand Dismantle Completion, till 8:00 p.m.
|
May we remind you that before the stand mounting commencement in the Hall, you have to make payment of the space rent and obtain approval of your stand design in Belgrade Fair Design Office (the Exhibitors constructing their stands themselves).

In the stand mounting period, September 16 - 20, and the stand dismantle, September 25 - 26, 2011, the hall opening hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

* IMPORTANT:
- After the opening hours for visitors, any electric power at the stand shall be turned off, for safety reasons.
- On the last event day, the truck entry into the fairground will be allowed after 6:00 p.m.

SPECIAL REMARK:
The Exhibitors shall obey the time of the event opening and closing, i. e. the stand with exhibits shall be operational from its opening, on September 21, 2011, at 10:00 a.m. to the event closing, on September 24, 2011 at 6:30 p.m.
